Fundamentals of Fluid Mechanics by Bruce R. Munson, Donald F. Young, Theodore H. Okiishi (2005, Hardcover)

Need this for one of my Univ courses. Exact text book as the one we were suppose to buy from the bookstore. Saved over a 100 buying it from you.

I did not get what I ordered, as the seller cancelled to order. I am giving one extra tick only because it worked out for the best (I did not need the text in the end).

The book is exactly how it was described. It is the right edition and the right condition. Practically new. The shipping was ok, standard shipping, it was here in about 5 days

I really like how this book is written and the examples that are provided are excellent. This book is easy to read and the material is presented in such a way that one can really get a feel for what the author is talking about. This is mostly due to the fact that the author does not assume much prior knowledge about anything. Even if he does, he refers you to a source where you can find what you need to understand. Also, there are little "In the News" passages which provide some interesting real world applications of the topic at hand. Also, the author consistently provides examples and correlations to real world situations, which also makes this book much easier to read. The examples given really help you figure out what is going on and the author clearly explains why each equation or principle is being used in that particular situation. Simply put, this is a very good textbook that makes learning about fluids relatively easy.

I bought the Fluid Mechanics text book about a month ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget

I needed the book for college as a requisite for a class. The book was just as decribed, new... and it was shipped relativeley fast! Great item!! Would consider buying other books from this seller!!!

We were looking to buy this textbook in the edition that we needed (5th) but at a much lower price than what you find at college bookstores. This book is the international version. It was brand new and shrink wrapped! The cover looks different than the hardcover expensive version but the pages and contents of this book are the same. We were so glad to have found this edition of the book and were able to save ourselves a lot of money.
