Very detailed, and simply explaining the topics relating to Business Law. If you are taking a class like I am, or simply just interested, this book is very useful.

The book was in great condition. The only problem I had was that it was shipped in paper and I received the book with the shipping paper torn and the book was wet! The book was usable though. Next time spend the $0.05 and use cardboard!
