The Fugitive-Season One, Volume one

As a child, I can remember watching this series with my parents on an old Philco, b/w television with rabbit ears and tin foil (state of the art at that time). I can remember how unfair I felt that Richard Kimball was innocent and always on the run. How he always had to leave that town at the end of the episode. This series has now been made available and its like 1963 all over again. Remember, this series came out before the Kennedy assination, Vietnam, and the civil rights movement. Watching this series is like watching living history. From the old cars, to the clothes, to the mannerisms of daily life, this series is without peers. It is the best of the best!!! Watching it on a 50" plasma tv thru an upconvert HD dvd player is a far cry from 1963. Even if you never saw this series 45 years ago, buy it today and forget the waste and re-runs that are on tv today. This is a piece of Americana that shows what made this country great. Too bad today's tv shows fail in comparison to The Fugitive.
