Fruits Basket - Box Set (DVD, 2004, 4-DVD Boxed Set (Uncut))

Fruits Basket is very well animated, has both good English and Japanese dubbing, and also has a great, unique storyline. The only thing disappointing is that it leaves off in the middle of the story. Neverless, it is the perfect choice for any Shoujo fan.

My daughter loves it. She asked me to get it for her birthday and it's just what she wanted and it is of excellent quality.

I already love the manga and was so excited to finally get to see the anime version! It was great, i love Fruits Basket! However, i think to fully understand and appreciate this great series you should really read the manga!

The anime version for the most part stuck to the manga except that it ends not even half way through the manga series (about to volume 6) and the ending is a bit different... but no worries! Just seeing the pages i past read come to life was great!
I beleive that it is worth the time to watch such a fun and thought invoking series such as this!

I loved Fruits Basket! I had seen parts of the anime before and were impressed by them, but until I bought this item from e-Bay a few weeks ago I had no idea how good the entire show was. It has a fun story and deep characters that continually change throught the 26 episode show. My copy was a 3 disk copy in a single case, which makde it great for carrying around. The second disk did have a glitch. One of the last episodes on the disk wouldent let me see past a point, so I coulden't finish the last few minuts of the episode. But everything else was in tip top condition. So, getting a great anime series for a great price off of e-Bay far oughtweighs the bad. I love the anime and pretty much everything about it.

I love this anime! Its my favorite, it has a good combination of drama/comedy/romance. I bought it cause I heard a lot of good things about it. Fruits basket captivates your attention from the very first episode, you realize its not like other anime, but its a good thing. I got the rest of my family addicted to anime by showing them Fruits basket, I would highly recommend this anime to anyone!

This anime as the title says was profound. It makes you laugh from episode one, all the way through to 26. You start to feel a connection with the characters, and you feel an appriciation for the story. The plot is flawless, it is a must have for any anime fan

i loved it.. its a sweet, cute, funny, anime i ever saw. the only thing that sucked was there was only 26 episodes and i wanted more!! its sad they won't come out with another season cuase its indeed an awsome anime.

It's small and compact. It was brand new, still in the packaging. It all works, there was nothing wrong with it. It was exactly what I expected.

The fruits basket dvd i recieve isnt really the one the picture shows but after watching everything it really didnt mattter anymore so overall everything came out good

Loved it. Very convenient the three DVD package. I loved the anime and I would love to see more instead of reading the manga books.

One of my favorite anime. There is a lot of character development. Though life is not easy Tohru always faces it with cheerful determination and breaks down walls.

The packaging and disks were not what I was expecting from the picture shown. I decided to buy it because of the price.

This is a series I had been wanting for a while and it was worth it. It's hilarious, I've enjoyed everyone minute of it. It does have mild language, but nothing too bad. It also has some more serious scenes in it. It's definitely worth watching in my opinion.

This is a great anime! This series of anime is based on the manga. The series is only made up to book seven/eight. I was so sad when the series came to an end, I almost cried, almost. This is probably the cutest anime I have ever seen. However, the story is not just about bunnies and kitties. If you buy this without reading the anime and enjoy it you will probably be like me and start reading the manga. I recommend this to anyone who likes this manga or loves great anime.

This is my all time fav anime. I would actually recommend the english version they did a wonderful job on the voices and I actually think they did better at matching the voices with the characters in the english version.

While the show is more female oriented, it won't keep it from appealing to a wide variety of audiences. The soundtrack and simple artwork work perfectly together to form this melodramatic show. Fans as well as future fans of the hugely successful graphic novel of the same name will be very pleased with this series. Fruits Basket is a engaging tale filled with humor, romance, and cuteness.

I love the story line, the conditon that the disks were in and the rapid shipment to the buyer. These DVDs are great for all ages especially if youre in to anime
