Must read for people with pain in their shoulders

My doctor diagnosed me with tendonitus of the shoulder, and the orthopedic doctor said I had adhesive capsulitus, and prescribed physical therapy. Although physical therapy improved my range of motion significantly, I remained restrictive and partially frozen after one month's treatment and found that Davies book was very informative with detail explaining all about trigger points, knots in the muscles, and myofacial, the stuff that separates the muscles and how it gets lost and the muscles merge and get restricted in movement. It also explains all the possible causes of frozen shoulder not just trigger points. But trigger points are definitely something to be considered before some of the more aggressive treatments.
