After building a following via touring and the release of her 2004 debut, vocalist Giorgia Fumanti returned in 2007 with her sophomore album, FROM MY HEART. The Italian soprano has a clear, pure tone that is showcased to excellent effect on each of the 12 tracks. The songs, which fall somewhere between pop and classical, and feature lyrics in Italian or English, are quite lovely, with tastefully arranged orchestration that allows Fumanti's voice to soar. Giorgia Fumanti is an Italian Soprano who has been studying and learning her craft for the last four years in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She sings with a purity of voice and with such true emotion and love for her music. Her voice brings me peace and harmony and transports me to a wonderful place. I have been a fan of Sopranos for many years but now Giorgia is my Number One. I would heartily recommend everybody to listen and buy this CD. I think you will be gappy.
