Frigidaire LEDB400FEE Dishwasher

The add said the dishwasher had a "Nickle" finish. Since all my other appliances were stainless steel, I thought because of the options on the unit at the price offered I could live with a "Nickle" finish. To my disappointment the finish was off white with grey specs. I called the sellers on-line #, and talked to John, I explained my problem and asked if it was possible for him to switch out the doors, or the door skin. He informed me the adds picture and discription were from the mfg. site, and he would see what he could find out to help remedy my problem. After two weeks I put my first poor rating on E-Bay. And on the same day he called me. What a coincidence! He then stated he could not switch out the door, but did have black units in his warehouse, [which I told him would be better then what I had] but he would have to get back to me because he had to do a visual check to make sure the units were in-fact in the warehouse. I called back after two more weeks had past and left a message. As of this date I have had no response. I have decided to have the company that I purchased my cabinets from to send me a cabinet front that is made for dishwashers to match. At this additional cost I could have purchased a top of the line stainless steel [in and out] dishwasher for a cheaper price. Needless to say I won't be purchasing anymore appliances from this seller. So beware of this seller for ads that misrepresent, and also has poor customer service.
