IF YOU ARE A FAN OF JULIA CHILD, OR JUST OF COOKING, YOU WILL LOVE THIS LATEST COMPILATION OF JULIA'S PBS SHOWS FROM THE SIXTIES AND SEVENTIES. AS WITH THE FIRST EDITION, THIS THREE-DVD DISC SET SHOWS CHILD IN HER EARLIER BLACK AND WHITE INCARNATION, PROVIDING SIMPLE TIPS FOR PREPARING BASIC DISHES SUCH AS OMELETTES AND CREPES, TO HER MORE GLORIOUS COLOR DAYS, WHEN HER SHOWS ABOUNDED WITH WIT AND ENTHUSIASM. ALONG THE WAY, YOU WILL ALSO GAIN A GLIMPSE OF MS. CHILD'S LOVE OF FOR THE FRENCH, AS SHE TAKES YOU ON A SHOPPING TOUR THROUGHOUT PARIS. I COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THESE SHOWS WHEN THEY FIRST AIRED, AND I AM GLAD TO SEE THAT THIRTY YEARS LATER, THEY STILL HOLD THEIR INITIAL APPEAL AND BUOYANT FUN!

) Horrible service. Paid the minute I bought the item on 8/10/09. Never shipped item, when I finally didn't get it after 2.5 weeks, emailed and said it was out of stock! Had to file a pay pal case to refund my money, and then they filed one back on ebay saying I never paid for item, Horrible! In all my years on eBay, I have never had such a mess to deal with. This also turns me away from eBay and will not use the site for a long time after all this mess.
