French Art Deco Fashions (1998, Hardcover)

As a designer I think this book features an excellent collection of designs from the best designers of the 1920's. Designers that are included in this book are Lanvin, Poiret and Etre. I look the quality of the book itself and the fact that it offers primary illurastions rather than a reinterpretion of the artwork of the 1920. I also love the fact that it has just enough text to explain what was going on in that period in fashion. I bought this book beacuse the 1920's is my favorite decade and I needed some photo refrences for inspiration.
