The Freezer Cooking Manual from 30 Day Gourmet (2008, Paperback)

When I first heard about this book, I thought well what a great idea! I thought that it would be a great thing to have, due to the fact that I am a full-time working mom with a husband deployed to Iraq. This book has saved me so much time! Now I don't feel like I am missing out on my kids because I have to cook all the time. The seller I bought this book from kept it in perfect condition and I thought it was a steal to get it at this price! I hope you all can get some use out of a book like this, because it will save you time and you can spend more time with your kids and less time slaving over the stove. All you do is spend one day cooking and you can have meals for a month or more. (depending on how big your freezer is)
