I bought this book because I have been in & out of physical therapy for years with muscle pains & knots & spasms in my body making it hard for me to do my everyday things. Sitting in a chair, to climbing stairs had become painful. With the wonderful information and creation of his device that can detect hard muscle mass, I along with many others can indeed undo these knots, that physical therapy alone can not release. He can give you back a more comfortable lifestyle. Where as I had thought, that I would have to be in pain for the rest of my life, he gives me hope. This book helps to tell more about what you can do to help youself. A wonderful book, by a very smart man!!!!!! Treatment is only available by him in New York at this time. They emailed me and said, they hope to be training others in this type of treatment soon, and make it available in different states, but that New York is the only place to get help of this kind for now.
