I bought the book in order to find out if there were any opportunities for financial assistance. It didn't help me because I of what I want to do with my life and where I live but if I were in a different area or looking towards a different field it would've been helpful.

The books appears informative. I'm sending to a relative who desperately needs financial assistance. Now that I re-read the description by the seller that the book was printed in 1997, although the book shows 2000, and apologies were made by the author of the book that if information is outdated, the reader should still pursue the data. It was my ignorance that I overlooked the fact the book was not a current edition, but, hopefully, my relative will get help that he needs to further his education and career. Thank you.
