This is a great book about eating well. Yes, you can lose weight on this diet, following the 90-day plan or the 30-day plan. More than that, the author has researched which foods you eat to actually make you feel better. The diet has almost more food than you can eat, with provisions for eating 5 times a day. At first, you feel like you've hit the jackpot, getting to be on a diet and eating so much. Real soon, you find that you have to work at eating all that food! Everything's fresh and delicious and easy to find and prepare. The thing I liked about this meal plan is that you prepare a huge amount of veggies, salad and fruit salad and you can just scoop it out when it's time to eat. Making meals is a quick process and it's an easy one to use when taking your lunch and snacks to work. You feel better right away, and the pounds just melt off. She calls it the fountain of youth because the food selection is high in antioxidants and foods that stop the aging damage to your body. I call it simply wonderful. Thank you, Edita!
