Foundations Of Magic by J. F. O'Neill (2005, Paperback)

This seller shipped in a timely fashion. The book was exactly as described. I was very happy with this purchase. The greatest thing I liked about this book is that the magic principals described in the book are easy to do.

I still have not had a chance to get my space ready so I can't say how well they work, but it is definitely easy to read and to practise. You will need to develop your meditation technique for creating mental images of what you want, relaxing, and entering an altered state. All of this is taught in the book, but I have had a background so this is only a refresher for me and the meditations are all about what I had already known to work so I automatically assume that the spells in this book will work too.
