Best racing game ever. very realistic with the best picture quality out there. handling is very realistic as well. over 200 cars and many tracks to drive them on.

I bought forza motorsport 3 about 3 days ago and already received it ! The product is in excellent condition, brand new, love it

Really good game, getting close to movie-like experience. Great work, Xbox 360 rocks! Only negative fact is that loading the tracks takes a little longer than in Forza 2.

It seems like Turn 10 was aiming towards pleasing a different (brand-new crowd) with this version of Forza, leaving the hard core fans (such as myself) with the same game glossed over with a few new "unwanted" features. But what really disappoints me, is the fact that the developers could have just packaged this whole game and its features into DLC (down-loadable content) like how Bethesda did with their Fallout 3 franchise. I guess turn 10 spoiled me with Forza 2 because when that game came out, it blew all the other franchises away by miles. But it is evident now, that not even the same developers from the very same game could topple their own previous masterpiece.

The Good
-Improved visuals (On cars and scenery).
-Replay (No more having to restart a race from the beginning).
-100+ track... variations.
-400+ cars... on two disks.

The Bad
-Way too many Driver Assists (Might as well just let the A.I. take over).
-Damage effects are still the same as Forza 2.
-Very dull cockpit view.
-Very few changes to the features in regards to car customization and detailing.
-Must install a 2nd disk if you want the the extra cars and tracks (Which is bad if you're limited in HD space).

The Ugly
-Multiplayer (No more private servers = Destruction Derby in every race)
*Which is why I find myself playing online more on Forza 2 rather than on this game (Forza 3) because I have the option to choose among friends, who knows the definition of "competing in a clean race".

Final thoughts
-If you're new to Forza, then this game would be a perfect match for you however, if you're already a seasoned veteran of the franchise such as myself, I suggest sticking to the previous installment (Forza 2) as you'll experience the same(if not, more) joy and fulfillment as you would playing Forza 3.

As for my copy of this game (Forza 3), I will be giving it to my little 6yr old nephew this Christmas. I figured since he is going to have to learn how to drive sooner or later anyways, what better place to start then XBOX Live.

Don't just sit there get up and go get it. The game is awesome and will enjoy many hours of it. Had it for 5 days and on level 31 addicting can we say??

Played game online last night had a blast. Graphic are tight, controls are smooth. Would recommend this game to anyone who loves driving games.

As stunning and ground breaking the prior version of Forza Motorsport was, this version for the xbox 360 platform does not disapoint. Its platform is roughly the same; similar handling and live race screen layout. Its overall handling system feels a little different and may take some getting used to. Overall the game is fantastic, the one setback that i found to be slightly annoying was the fact that the menus have changed significantly. On top of the menus being changed, which was disorienting at first, the letter size of the font is considerably small. Even on a forty in tv, i found myself hard pressed at times to read the print. Why they make it so small? Who knows, I know though that i love this game and wouldnt try to play it on anything but a hd tv anyways. Bottom line is; if you love racing games in particular above most other games for your console, than i highly recommend you give FORZA MOTORSPORT 3 a try if you dont all ready own it.

I like the fact that the game arrived in a timely manner. The game itself is fantastic I can and will play it for hours.

Love the real life graphics, selection of cars, and it's easy to navigate through screens/selections. Just got my POS Xbox 360 fixed after 2 years of no use, just to play this game.

The only problem is you can lose track of time and find yourself playing for hours.

This is really a great game and is a lot better than Forza 1&2 in many ways, but there were a couple of things that were better in the older games.
#1. you could navigate around a lot better and choose which races you wanted to.In F3 they pretty much had control of what your next race was going to be.

That was a little confusing because you never knew what class you would be in and didn't know what cars you should keep for the upcoming races.I was afraid to sell any of my cars because I never knew If I would need them again.

#2.Another thing that constantly annoyed me was that some of the font size was not readable on a standard T.V. I never could tell how many laps were left in a race. I could not read any of the Tips,History or Facts. When I was trying to choose a car for a race I could not make out what the specifications of a car was.

#3. Downloading between races seemed a little slow.

#4.On the game case it says that there are over 100 tracks to race on. I found around 25 with some having variations of different stages of the same track. I think in order to see all of the 100 tracks you have to go Xbox Live on the internet and use a code.

Okay, enough with the Cons because this game definately has a lot more Pros to it.

#1.You have about 12 configurations for your controller.

#2.You have over 400 different cars to buy or win.

#3.The Paint and Detail shop is great. More colors than you could imagine.

#4.The Replays were great. I especially liked the way that you could view the last part of the race at the same time that your credits were adding up for the race.

#5.A new feature added was that in the easier modes you had a brake and accelerator assist that would automatically help you through a tight corner so you would have fewer accidents.

#6.If you had an accident or ran off the track you could rewind the game before the incident had happened and continue the race.

#7.I'm not sure if this is a new feature or not but, if you entered a race that you were having a lot of trouble getting through, you could restart the race and Hire a Driver. In the easier modes this driver would almost always come in first. In the harder modes the driver would get at least second or third.

#8.You have 5 different modes for racing. Easy,Medium,Hard,Advanced and Expert.If you are a novice like me you will probably be going back and forth from Easy to Medium and maybe Hard.I know it can be done but I just don't see how anyone can race in the Advanced and Expert. I about gave myself a hernia trying.

#9.The sound effects were average but the graphics were excellent. The cars were beautiful and the tracks were great looking (a lot of new ones)The scenery was great and a couple were really breathtaking. Wait till you see the Fujimi Kaido track. The graphics in the villages were also remarkable.

I would highly recommend this game to anyone.There are hundreds of races involved and many hours of racing in this game.

I Absolutely love the realistic feel about the game.Cars handle like cars and not r/c cars that you seem to find in other titles.However the career mode has become more of an adventure because its not fun to play around with the different medias that you could tap into.I find it a bit confusing to navigate.Also I don't know if the graphic team were expecting everyone to have a widescreen flat panel television because on a regular tv, the fonts are almost impossible to read.One other thing is there are way more achievements to receive as compared to its stingy ancestor Forza 2.But I've only had the game a couple days so maybe as time go by and I familiarize myself a little more it will get beter.

The Forza Motorsport games have always stood up to my expectations, but Forza Motorsport3 has gone beyond that. Great graphics and gameplay. You have got to love the controls too. The only downside to this game I see is not really a downside to gameplay. I think the main menu and most of the text is way to small. I just cant read half of it. But all in all Forza Motorsport3 is a great racing game.

I thought it was going to be a very new game and maybe slightly used but it was a brand new game. it was still in the original packaging . Great seller!!!
