Forensic Science (2005, Hardcover)

This transaction was a failure. I never received the book. Not only did this put me behind in my studies for class, but in the long run, it cost me more money than was necessary. I had to re-order my book from another source at a more expensive price than from half.com, and due to the urgency of obtaining the book, I had to pay additional charges for expedited shipping. Making urgent contact with ebay and/or half.com was a time consuming, frustrating undertaking. In addition to the already trying circumstances making contact, the only reason I got speedy assistance was due to my persistant nature and a bit of good reasoning, hence, I reached the voice mail for the President of ebay, and left a detailed message of the situation and my request for assistance. My email inquiries to the seller (2), were never answered. And it also took at least two emails to ebay before I got a response. Although my money was refunded, the additional money spent will not be replaced, and the time involved in catching up in two classes has put stress on other aspects of my life. I do not recommend buying through half.com, and I will never make a purchase with them again.
