Love it. Exactly what I wanted. Hilarious, fun, exciting. I bought it because I saw it in theaters and thought it was just a great movie, so thats why I bought it.

I love the movie and so does my husband! He is the one who "hinted" he wanted it. Fool's Gold is filled with action, a little romance, but most importantly Comedy! This is a movie that we watch n watch and just haven't gotten tired of it yet.

Saw this movie in the theatre, and liked it so much, that I had to have it, and when it came out, I had to purchase it so I can watch it anytime I want to.

Rented the movie and watched twice Loved the movie so much I got it for my wife we watch it all the time. Near the end I'm glad he finialy gets the girl and the gold from the ship!

not only is this movie have great actors, but its a perfect combo of romance, action, and comedy... I RECCOMEND ITTT

The blue waters of the Caribbean was a beautiful setting for the movie. I think Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey make a nice pair onscreen.

This is like "The breakup", but it's actually good and has a better plot. It's a great romantic comedy and at the same time it has great treasure hunting adventure!

I bought this movie because i had watched it on HBO about ten times that month and realized i guess i like this movie, it is good entertainment when there is nothing on TV and figured it wont be on cable forever so i looked on ebay and found it for an extremely reasonable price with free shipping, so i bought it and have enjoyed it since as i've enjoyed all my ebay purchases. I ordered the movie because I saw it in the theater, and liked it. What I received was a clone, a rip off of the original DVD, that does not play, without flaws. Half way into the movie and it sticks. Hangs up. Won't play!!! What a rip off. I will never order another DVD movie again.

Soft, mushie, you can guess the ending, but the laughs in between are great. Donald Sutherland is a hoot! The chemistry between Kate and Matthew is wonderful. It is a movie that will take you from a blah day to laughing outloud several times. The family can watch this one together!

No blood, guts and gore in this one - but you will feel good the balance of the day after watching!

This pair is a great match i love them two together..this movie is also great i laughed all the time and to see matthew's butt was totally worth it!!!

Fool's Gold is a hilarious Movie Staring Mathew McConaughy and Kate Hudson. Donald Southerlandalso plays an inportand role along with others. The setting is the Carribean and Mathew is a treasure hunter and for thew last eight years has been searching for the wreck of a Spanish ship which had been carrying the Guees Dowary. The fun begins when acompeting treasure hunter is already on the sceene. Donald Southerly plays the part of a rich man who ows a very large boat and has a daughter who is protrayed to be a 'Paris Hilton' type and flaunts her body in skimpy clothes a sort of 'poor little rich girl'
To throw another monkee wrench in the mix, a rapper own the island where the ship is wrecked and Finn (Mathew Moconaughy) had borrowed $64,ooo dollars to made repair to he ship which sank in the begining of the movie. Since Finn cannot repay the loan the rapper wants Finn killed. All in all this is a very fun ny movie with a little skin thrown in, it is the carribean after all)

I had seen this movie once and simply knew it was a movie that I would watch again and again. So, of course, I purchased it. The movie has a lot of humor in it from the opening and throughout, also suspense and danger. I'm a sucker for a romantic comedy. If you haven't seen it and like this kind of genre, then you must have this movie!

This is a very entertaining movie with excitement and comedy. I borrowed it from a friend to watch, and decided to get one of my own to add to my DVD's.

i love this movie. its such a cute movie about how 2 people reunite. it has a cute story line and i love the face that every seems to go wrong but yet they still conquer.

Really great movie - slow in a few places - but funny and great movie - my 8-year old even liked it.

I was disappointed with the film as a whole. I really like both actors and they work well together. The pace of the film was slow and rather blah.
