Foods That Fight Pain by Jennifer Raymond, Neal D. Barn
As an eleven year old book, it isn't as current as the times. (i.e. Soy is now NOT the end-all health food) We've learned so much in the last decade....
However...
I can only speak for the rheumatoid arthritis portion. It had a list of foods to avoid in order to try and prevent "flare-ups" It listed everything except feathers and tree bark. That's an exaggeration of course, however, it would have been far more helpful to list foods we CAN eat. I cannot speak for the entire book and I'm certain that there is a lot of quality advise in here.
Thanks for reading, I'm going to go have some birdseed and rutabaga for breakfast. :-D
