Great Book!
This is a very in debth book..with tons of "new" and inovative recipes! Tons of things I had never even thought of. There is a huge section on jerky, but no vegetarian jerky's...which is the only let down for me with this book. I think its great none-the-less!

) This is a handy book to have if you enjoy using your dehydrater. There are a lot of great ideas about drying foods and adding additional flavor.
