Fonetica Y Fonologia Espanolas by Armin Schwegler, Juergen Kempff, Richard Barrutia (2006, Paperback)

I decided to buy this book for a class that required it. I bought it online since it was about half of what the bookstore on campus was selling it for. The book itself is slim and not too burdensome to carry to class daily. I, personally, like this book and am happy that my professor choose this book because it is easy to understand and the online help is fantastic.
For my class, we are required to take the supplemental material from the website and we work on it together in class which has helped learn the material very much. I have had other Spanish classes where the instructor assigns two textbooks and they are usually difficult to understand because they assume that you already know a lot of the language. This book is basic and very clear in it's definitions.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn to speak, read and write in Spanish and that is willing to do the readings from the book.
