Flying Saucers Over Los Angeles - the UFO Craze of the '50s is a very compelling read. The text by author DeWayne B. Johnson is personal and informative. The edition of photos, newspaper clippings and posters from the period makes it fun to share with others. It's real vintage stuff! I collect signed 1st editions and was given one as a gift. Evidently there was some sort of dispute over the publication of Flying Saucers....., and my copy contains a pasted-in disclaimer in the front, which in and of itself is a fun read!! As I read the book, my interest in UFOs was reignited, and I can hardly wait to get my hands on DeWayne Johnson's next book!
