What I like about this game is the fighting style and character creation. What I dont like is the difficulty and what made me buy this is I had it before and liked it.

  A little known gem
Review created: 01/05/07

You probably never heard of this game before, but rest assured it is a hidden gem. The N-64 was not a system known for its fighting games, but this is deffinently one of the best. There are tons of characters, combos, and even a fun semi rpg type thing (think konquest mode for the new MK games) where you can earn new items and moves for your fighter. If fighting games are your thing pickk this game up and give it a try.

Two Games For The Price Of One
Review created: 02/24/01

Pros:
Two different games.

Cons:
The graphics in the first one.

You know what's so good about fighting games? You get to beat people and gloat. But you know what's better? Doing it again. And you can in this game. Thanks to Natsume, one of my favorite game companies of all time, you can play two different fighting games in one cartridge. The first game will probably be your favorite, despite the super deformed characters. This game has so many hidden goodies and secrets that await you. But even better, your character actually gets stronger with each fight. Your weapons and armor also get stronger. You can even have items to help you during battle! Just...

  The Joys of Fighting

Pros:
Hours of fun fighting, cool treasure items.

Cons:
Cartoonish look may not appeal to some.

This is a really great fighting game for more than one reason. Obviously it provides hours of excellent bodily harm. But it also has an engaging story and the fun option of customizing your warrior with magical items you win in fights. With two modes of play and multi-player options, this games is enough to keep you interested for a long time. Fighting games have a style all their own. You go in and beat the living daylights out of your opponent and knock him down senseless. And you have to do so with a variety of really cool looking moves. Flying Dragon delivers on both parts. You enter the..

  WOW! Just what I needed!

Pros:
Nice game with your everyday kicks!

Cons:
Lack of SP moves and Combos

This game is a very nice fighting game to the fact that so many people can play it and still get there kicks! I like the idea of how you can go into a story mode and gain items to make you character more powerful, BUT! The game lacks a lot of stuff other games have. For example: Combo's, SP movies, and my fav! FINISH HIM! *L*. I saw the game and it reminded me of the old NES game "Flying Dragon!"... Can you see what I mean? WELL! It was from the same maker and I was proud to see they were still on the go with keeping one of the first, if not THE FIRST fighting game ever made for gamers to...
