Flushed Away (DVD, 2007, Full Frame)

This is a really cute movie. I have a 10 year old Daughter, and a 9 old nephew I am rasing, and I am always buying movies for them because they are really into the movies especially my daughter. I sat down with them and so did my husband and I must say this is really a cute one, and it's full of laughs. Anyway it's about this pet rat names Roddy, and his owners go out of town and he gets out of his cage has a little fun then along comes a sewer rat who comes and invades his home and then that sewer rats flushes him down the toilet where he ends up in the sewer with the rest of the sewer rats but then he has a journey of trying to get his way back home, and he comes across, frogs, and even singing slugs. This is full a cute animated animals, and creatures and also full of laughs. This is worth buying for the kiddies they will love it, and will watch it more than once mine have already. My money was well spent on this one. I give it a 5 out of a 5 rating.

I rented this movie for my 4 year old and didn't expect to be entertained by it, I was wrong. This is the funniest animated movie I have ever seen. Flushed Away is colorful and captivating for the youngest of viewers but has some advanced humor that appeals to adults and older children. Overall this movie has a great story and message... the movie is so good that I'm currently bidding on one here on ebay to add to our selective collection. You won't be disappointed when you add it to yours, buy it today!

This is great fun for the whole family. My granddaughters insisted that I watch it with them, so I reluctantly agreed. It was really cute; I enjoyed it immensely. Even two-year-old Vicky was fascinated by it. It was fast-paced and entertaining. Reminded me of a Disney movie. Highly recommend!

Was entertaining and held the attention of my two year old grandson throughout. The adults laughed and the child was motionless with eyes so big. A little on the violent side, but not so much as other cartoons of today. Glad I got it.

Flushed Away is a charming film that will certainly entertain children and may even produce a few laughs from the adult crowd as well. When Roddy, a civilized uptown rat, is flushed down the toilet, he finds himself in a sewer adventure as he struggles to find his way home. This movie features a colorful cast with some talented voice actors. The film also features some fun and catchy music. The story is a too strong, but the comedy is. A villainous frog (Ian McKellen) is hoping to make a mess of Roddy's life, along with everyone else in the sewer city including a Rat named Rita (Kate Winslet). Rita befriends Roddy and helps him in his quest for the surface which leads to all kinds of trouble, comedy, and narrow escapes. Although my expectations which have been set somewhat low by most of Dreamworks attempts at animation, Flushed Away surpassed my expectations. Although the film still isn't up to par with Pixar greats, you still should check this one out.

When It first came out, My fiance and I where excepting another silly movie after taking our son to go see it , we were the one's laughing. Just the way they made the movie something different. We luv it and own it well our son owns it.

while many people may not like this movie, I think this movie is totally awsome, there are a lot of easy to understand British humor in it, and the new style of stop-motion cg animation is such a neat idea they came up with. If you like chicken run, legend of the ware-rabbit, I'm sure you'll like this one.

Kids must think it's good because it's been watched over and over again. Kids asked Nana to buy it to watch at my house but it's made it's way home.

Flushed away may be a cartoon, but it is the funniest movie I have seen in ages. It is non-stop laughter. A pet rat is flushed into the sewer system where he finds a whole rat city underground. His adventures are hilarious and the slugs, well...they are just too cute and you can not help laughing and smiling at their antics and singing. They make the movie. I highly recommend this movie for all ages. Get some popcorn and settle in for a fun evening of laughter.

I ordered" Flushed Away" for my grand kids from ebay for the low price. The movie was fine in its original case and it was here in no time. The entire experience was favorable. I would recommend ebay to anyone who wants to save money and for the convenience of home delivery.

My son loves the movie, we already had the movie but it got a strach and hard to watch and we came by this movie and was cheap and bought it and my son got to watch the movie without a problem

It was greatly priced and we couldn't find it at any wal-mart so bought it used through ebay. Shipping took some time but seller said 2 weeks. Overall, I am happy

The movie held my interest through out its length.. I caught part of the show on T.V. so I purchased the DVD to watch it in its entirety and keep it in my library..

This was cute, and even adults can enjoy this little mice adventure. It was fast paced and I found I never got up for a snack, which for me happens only once in a while.

Saw this DVD title as a trailer on another DVD, thought I'd get it. Enjoyed it and will probably give it to my nephew to see. I recomend it for anyone who has young children, or enjoys animation.
