I own a copy of this 28th Edition "Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law" book. It is currently 2 years outdated. Anyone who is serious about studying Real Estate should think about getting the new updated 30th Edition. The 28th Edition is a good book but it is outdated. You can obtain the current updated books from Real Estate Schools at a much lower price.
