Movie Description
Chevy Chase stars as bumbling reporter Irwin Fletcher in the hilarious FLETCH movies, two classics presented here as a double feature. The original 1985 comedy follows Fletch as he slips into dozens of different identities (each crazier than the next) to investigate his stories; while tracking a drug deal, he gets pulled into a far more complex case when the wealthy Alan Stanwyk (Tim Matheson) propositions him for murder. Fletch's disguise-heavy adventures continue in FLETCH LIVES (1989), a sequel which sees the reporter inherit a Louisiana estate and wind up in the middle of a mysterious land grab. This collection features a making-of special, and a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the creation of Fletch's many outrageous personas.
