Synopsis In a deserted area of a Cincinnati park, a college student has been hand-cuffed to the steering wheel of his car, doused with gasoline, and torched. Working from few clues, Police Specialist Sonora Blair determines that the perpetrator is a woman and that the student is not her first victim. The case becomes all too personal when the killer begins to call Sonora, taunting and threatening her, placing her sanity, her job, and even her family, in deadly jeopardy.
