This is a nice attempt at doing a series based on a comic. Not as kitchy as Batman, but the try to give a comic "feel" leads to an odd combination of decor and cars from most of the 20th century. Given that it was made in 1991, some of the special effects aren't up to today's standards, but if you can be accepting of that, it's good fun.
