What Fits What... A Roadmap To The American V-Twin...

Are you an aspiring wrench? Trying to figure out just what the heck you got in that basket of cr@p at the swap-meet? Need to know if it will fit yer scooter? THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU... I bought a copy of this book on advice from an old biker while I was searching for interchange information and parts for my old sporty... I have used, abused, referred, folded, spindled and mutilated this book, and still feel it is one of my very best peices of reference materiel when dealing with the venerable American V-Twin Engine...

Granted, It's Not Much For Specs, But For Deciphering Engine Numbers, Discovering Interchange Information And Some Very Interesting Modifications, It's A REAL GEM...

The package Isn't Quite What You Would Expect... It's More Of A Booklet Than A Big Clunky Dictionary, Which, In My Opinion Adds To It's Value... Who Wants To Drag Around A 10 Pound Book At The Swapmeet Or Local Scootershop?

The Best Part, However, Is That It's Written In Plain Old English, By People That Not Only Work On H-D, But Understand That Most Other People That Work On Their Own Stuff Probably Aren't Engineers Or Rocket Scientists... It's Also Written With A Touch Of Humor That Let's You Know That "Real People" Put It Together For Other Real People...

This Book, Quite Honestly, Is Worth About Twice What It Sells For, And Is A Must Have For Anyone That Works On, Deals With, Likes, Thinks About, Pre-Evo Engines... In Fact, I Think You Should Go Buy A Copy Right Now... No, Seriously... Go Do It... You Know You Wanna...

Be Safe Ya'll, And Keep It Between The Ditches....
