Would you believe 50 pounds GONE in less than four months?? I am well into my fifth month using the Fit for Life principles, and I have exited the "plus" sizes, this time for good! The book is interesting reading, and although the authors may seem a bit, shall we say, overly zealous and perhaps just a little bit south of normal, you really can't argue with success--and not just success, but super, over-the-top, WOW!! success. Fit for Life is really a new way of living, in eating healthy food and enjoying it, and changing your entire outlook about not only how and what you eat, but WHEN you should or should not eat certain foods. They offer a month's worth of menu planning to get you started, but I have found that simply by applying the basic principles of the plan, you can easily create your own eating style. You can even go out to restaurants and enjoy a wonderful variety of foods, and still stay on the plan. No more measuring portions, counting calories, or starving yourself! I am happy to be able to say that THIS PLAN CAN WORK FOR ANYONE! I know this is true, because it works for me, and I am a tough case!!! Give this book a read, test drive the program for a couple of weeks, and I think you'll be joyfully surprised at the results, not only in weight loss, but in your energy level and attitude! What have you got to lose, except that excess poundage?? GO FOR IT!
