I thought the book was average at best. Matthew Rettick is not nearly as qualified as he is made out to be, overhypes insurance products as that is his background and where his paycheck comes from, and generally fails to impress.
How can Jack Lalanne not impress? But there isn't a whole not new here that isn't somewhere else.
Most disappointing was the absence of an 8 step plan. Rather you get lots of different ideas in a shotgun fashion that amounts to a lengthy checklist of things to do.
