I bought this book to help prepare for the California First Year Law Student's Exam (FYLSE). There are 574 short answer questions for the 3 subjects - Contracts, Criminal Law and Torts. There are also questions for Civ Pro, Crim Pro and Property.
Steve Emmanuel's books are very comprehensive and this one is no different. The questions will help you review rules of law and their application.
The copy I purchased is pretty old - 1991 - but this is still a useful book and I would recommend it as a review. Explanations are clear and most include the rule statements.
