For the longest time I thought it was me not being able to stop eating every thing in sight,It amazed me to find out why. After being on this food plan I see it was the type of food I was eating that was causing the problem and addiction. I am finally satisfied with what I eat and am loosing weight. Rigid, but good
) Like any other diet, this will work if you work it. Lots of good information about what happens in our bodies when we eat certain foods. The diet itself seems rigid, but some of us compulsive overeaters need this kind of structure. The bottom line is you have to be willing. Try it and see.

I have an eating disorder. I am a food addict. A friend of mine told me about the book and how it is helping her. I decided that I could find this cheaper on ebay than in Barnes and Nobles so I started looking and found it. It is a wonderful book. I have lost 111 1/2 pounds since August 2, 2005 and want to keep this off so I am doing a lot of soul searching right now.
I must say that the person I purchased this from was great. I had fast service and received the book in record speed. I highly recommend this person.
Thank you ebay because I have found so many great deals and not a few problems. In my years of dealing with ebay I only had one thing I paid for and never received the merchandise. I figure that "ain't" bad.
