This workout is fun to do, with energetic music and easy moves using the Transfirmer adjustable step. You use the step in different positions, including the incline, which really works the inner and outer thighs. I've worked out daily for years, but a year ago I started doing Firm videos every other day. The results have been incredible: even without changing my diet, I've lost weight and inches, and I have visible muscles in my arms, back, legs and abs. It's a great feeling, and these videos are perfect even if you're not much of a dancer and can't keep up in a cardio class at a gym. The moves are easy to follow but very effective.
