When I am stressed for time, I choose this Firm tape. There are no step or low impact aerobics, but your heart will pound. You will need the transfirmer and dumbells. Lunges,squats,dips, upright rows, tricep dips,bicep curls,clean and press,chest press,back and tummy strengthening are some of the exercises nicely incorporated 39 minute routine. A warm up and cool down stretch are fit into the work out also.
