
Tight Buns and Killer legs..another great Firm workout

I am a huge Firm fan and just tried this one out today. It is a 30 minute workout targeting the legs and buns. It is fastpaced; there's really no down time between the different exercises. All you need is a few light weights. There are a few short bursts of cardio which are great. This is primarily a strength training DVD but my heart rate was up and I was sweating. If you are new to the Firm, I would recommend this. If you are totally new to any kind of exercise or strength training, this will be a killer workout, I think. I've been using the Firm for close to a year and this is still a great workout for me. Sitting here typing this review, I can feel the results of the workout just a few hours ago. This is great if you have only a little time to do something. I can't imagine why you wouldn't like this. If you're looking for an easy way out of exercising, this is not for you. I do think this is fun and as enjoyable as sweating and hard work can be... outside of sitting and watching EBay all day!
