The Firm - Pilates (DVD, 2007)

This is one of my favorite The Firm videos. It comes with a band: I bought the Heavy version, and it's very easy to use. The video is 30 minutes long, and it starts with abs, then legs, arms and a stretch. The directions are easy to follow and it can be done by beginners through advanced. When I first started doing this video, it seemed really easy, but then the next day I felt sore because it worked different muscles than the other Firm videos I usually use, especially in the abs and legs. The best thing about this video is it's great for travel, I bring it on trips and can workout anywhere without equipment, since the band is all the resistance you need. I've taken Pilates classes many times, so I can tell that the moves are being done correctly, but with the band it makes them more challenging and effective. If you're thinking about buying this video, I definitely recommend it!
