This is absolutely PERFECT for those days when you don't feel up to working out or you're sore from the day before! This is light & just right! As Emily stresses in this video, "You may notice that we're using light weights mostly througout this workout. We want to use light weights for muscle recovery, to enjoy the flow, increase flexibility, have range of motion & strength with no fatiguing." She is so right! This video impressed me because it was fun & light. You didn't feel overwhelmed on which weights to use, you just do the workout! It's carefree, relaxing & totally enjoyable! I highly recommend this video for those days when you're fatigued & looking for something light & airy to do. It doesn't overstrain you, it is just fun! Relaxing & simply enjoyable! You do alot of plea's, new moves with the light weights that are fun & have never been done before in a FIRM workout! The music is nice, soft, flowing & relaxing. Not the normal high energy. This workout combines pilates, yoga & the weight lifting of light weights. You do some fun dancing moves, too! Light, not jerky. It's an extemely enjoyable workout that I believe no FIRM collector would want to be without!
