This to me, is a first from the FIRM. Great workout, though! This is what it says, BOOTCAMP! It's a good thing! You get a mix of your traditional FIRM moves (push ups, squats, lunges, side lunges, plyos & even kickboxing). However, the difference is the jump rope (w/o the rope), jumping jacks, basketball moves, doing the lunges in a hopping mode, than another part where by placing your hands on the floor (for advanced only), & putting one or both feet back & hopping back up! You get moving quickly after the warm up! It revs you up in no time! There are segments of plyos & cardio. It prepares you for the next section of the video. You use none & medium weights throughout most of the video. Heavy for only one segment for each leg. It even has an abs section at the end with lunging & dipping the weight from one side to another. Plus a regular ab workout (traditional crunches). It's a workout that will leave you refreshed!
