
Stephanie Does it Again!
I am a bonafide FIRMaholic and own about 45 FIRM dvds. I could not wait for this workout to come up in my rotation because Stephanie Huckabee is one of FIRM's best Master Instructors.
I was not dissapointed! While there are some cardio segments in this workout, the bulk of this workout is all about sculpting! Using mainly heavy and medium weights, she hits every major muscle several times, then finishes up with a nice ab segment. As always, Stephanie Huckabee uses Leg Presses and Box Climbs, adding "challenge" moves for the advanced excerciser. While this workout uses the "box" from the BSS3 system, I was able to substitute the "Transfirmer" for the box very easily.
