The Firm - Body Sculpting System: Complete Body Sculpting (DVD, 2004)

I discovered this item on ebay while looking for aerobic steps. It comes with The Firm Box. I've been using other videos and didnt have much problem getting through them, but this one I was only able to do the first 15 minutes and felt more worked out and worked up more of a sweat then with the others.

The footing was a little tricky at a few points, but I just did what I could and tried my best to follow them. I'm sure after a few times I will have it down. I love the fact they have one of the people in the video showing the beginner moves without weights, while the others show the more advanced moves with weights. So it helps people new to exercise get used to the steps. I was able to do most of the more advanced moves and I used weights whenever they did the first time I used it, but I have been using some other exercise vidoes so I'm a little used to some of the moves.
