This is a pretty good workout from the Firm series. The main negative complaint I'd have about it is that you have to have a lot of equipment to do it -- the fanny lifter plus the sculpting stick plus weights. Of course, you could use substitute items for these things, but still. You definitely need to use some kind of equipment though, because the stick helps you balance on certain exercises. And you definitely want to use some kind of step, to get the full effect of the exercises. But overall, I really enjoyed this workout, along with every other Firm workout I've ever done. My favorite thing about this particular video is that it uses "interval training." That's where you go back and forth between focusing on strictly cardio and then focusing on more of the weight training aspect. That way, you don't feel like you're out of breath the whole time. I'd recommend this video for intermeditate Firm users. It may be too challenging for a beginner, although they do explain modifications for beginners as you go. And for the advanced person, it may not quite be challenging enough. I've done other Firm workouts where I've felt more of a burn in my muscles and gotten more out of breath. But overall, it's a good workout.
