This is probably my "all time favorite" FIRM workout. When I first began doing FIRM videos, this one would kick my butt every single time and I couldn't finish. I just kept at it and now it is my favorite!! It does require the fanny lifter, sculpting stick (you can subsistute a broom stick) and a few weights. It has different segments to keep you from getting bored including cardio and my favorite segment is the kickboxing segment. I can wear my heart rate monitor and burn anywhere from 500 - 700 calories for this workout. Definitely a 'keeper!!'
