My mom and I have been doing the FIRM for years. We love it and especially this video. It is challenging but a great workout. You get to do aerobics, lift weights, and then she concentrates on your inner and outer thigh. These muscles are exhausted afterwards but you will have great looking legs. Susan Harris is the best.
