      This seller had this item posted as new under condition and near new in description and he failed to mention that the game disk had MAJOR SCRATCHES AND NO BOOKLET. Seller also states in his As that he has a return policy but when I wrote him with this issue he didn't honor that either. Seller also threatened to leave me bad feedback and all I wanted was to return item and get a full refund. I paid for this item as soon as I won it so as far as I am concerned I was a very good buyer. Jest please beware of this seller he will not stand behind the items he is selling.
