Classic Show! Fred Astaire & Petula Clarke on DVD!!!

This is truly a great classic play, performed on DVD & VHS by Fred Astaire And Petula Clarke. I first saw this movie in the 1960's and have seen the play performed at various colleges. It is always a hit! The music and songs are fantastic! It is a must have video for anyone who "looks to the rainbow". I'm sure that this review hasn't done this great film justice. Please see for yourself. You never know what that first step out the door will take you.

Think this movie is under rated. Love the songs and the actors, actually sends a message if you listen for it. Sure it is a fairy tale, but is sweet. You feel good afterward and I always hum the song Look Look Over the rainbow. Of course I like make believe. I live with reality and it isn't always so fun. For escape it is great

THE MOVIE WAS MADE WITH SUCH GRACE AND EASE THE SONGS WERE WONDERFUL AND FRED ASTARIE DID A MAGNIFANCE PREFORMANCE IN THIS MOVIE. I DISLIKE THE MOVIE BECAUSE IT WAS TOO SHORT. I WANTED TO BUY IT BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME I SAW THE MOVIE I ENJOYED IT THAT IT MADE ME WONDER WHAT I COULD DO WITH A POT OF GOLD.

This is a classic movie. The only problem I have was with the fact that it took over a month for it to get to me. I only received two notices that it was backordered and the last response from the seller was over two weeks prior to finally receiving the movie. Other than that, the movie is great and I recommend that any who loves old musicals, get this one - it's great.

) I bought this movie through eBay because it isn't carried in most stores anymore. It's a great fantasy story, with terrific actors. It's the kind of movie you can play often. It's especially good on those "feeling down" days.

I can´t buy this title in my country (the Czech Republic). However, there was a problem with protection for USA only (my disc drive setting is for Europe).

We were dissappointed since we wanted the show with David Wayne. Fred Astaire is fine but the original stage show had songs we enjoyed a little more
