Finding Nemo: Learning with Nemo (PC Games, 2005)

After I won and paid for this item, I waited about 10 days before checking on the shipping status. I found out that a shipping label had been created, but it didn't appear it had ever been dropped in the mail. I sent a message through ebay messages to inquire about the shipping status. I was re-directed to mobilepc's customer service. I had to go back and forth in email several times with multiple people from their customer service, and was ultimately informed that they didn't even have my "movie" in stock, to which I replied that I hadn't even purchased a movie, it was a video game (clueless!). I was then told that they didn't have the video game either. Who knows if that is really true or not, since they don't seem to know what they're doing, but I asked for my money back. They did refund my money, however they then had the gall to submit a mutual withdrawal request to ebay so they could get a refund of their ebay selling fees!!! Are you kidding me?! If a seller has to cancel a transaction due to their own error/stupidity, why would they ever think they should be refunded their selling fees? Knowing what I know now, if I hadn't sent them a message 10 days after my purchase, they would never have even known that they never sent me anything. For that alone I would never recommend them to another buyer.
