If you are in any way interested in purchasing real estate as investment properties or learning how to live mortgage-free, then this is the book for you. It guides you through the process, offering powerful advice and "flip-tips" to help you maximize profit and achieve your dreams of financial independence. This is one of the best books I've read, due to its organization and step-by-step procedures that guide you through the search, purchase and selling processes. This is a must-buy!

This is a very good book. I currently flip houses and bought this book to see if I could learn more. You bet I did. Be careful that you run Comps in your area. As the book points out, he is flipping in the best part of the Country where Real Estate is higher than the national average(California).

I am sure that this book would be a great help to anyone looking to break into the flip biz. I however never even recieved my order and the seller is no longer an ebay member. That is all I can give you.

Some helpful stuff, but not enough meat, esp. regarding taxes, etc. Lots of redundancies and fluff. But not bad for a soap opera star!

The best book on the subject I have read to date.I thought this was an excellent book. It focused on the nuts and bolts of house flipping without the motivational speaker, no money down, creative financing focus of so many other house flipping books, tapes and dvds. He gave real information on the flipping experience. I have flipped many houses before I read this book and was richer for the experience. The best book on the subject I have read to date.
