Financial Accounting by Belverd E. Needles (2006, Hardcover)

I bought this hard-covered book at a fairly inexpensive price and initially thought it would be difficult to understand but as I started to read it, I found it easy to follow and to understand and also found the numerous real life examples they gave with actual companies very unique. This made it easy to relate to the things I was reading. My experience using this book is summarized below:
Awesome. Explanatory. Many rreral-life examples. Great. I would recommend it any day.
If I am asked to make a recommendation regarding this book, I would gladly recommend it to anyone who would like to understand the basics of Financial Accounting.
The one thing missing from the book, though is the lack of answers to the Chapter Short Exercises, Exercises and Problems. Without any answers, one would work through the problems and not know whether the workings are right or wrong.
I recommend that the authors do something about that.

The textbook was used and it stated that is brand new. When asked for a return option buyer did not reply!

I decided to buy this book because it was really cheap. I paid no more than 20 bucks for it, and i got my moneys worth, the book was brand new. Im not even going to sell it back.

Most people buying this book are buying it for a class and probably not for leisure. I will say that the book is very good about covering the basic's of financial accounting. I find that when I do not catch all of the concepts in class, it is very easy to read about it and understand on my own time. The book as has supplementals to the chapters and plenty of excercies to help you along.

The books were exactly what they were supposed to be. They were reasonally priced. The books were in the condition they were advertised at.

The book is just like a new one and so do the answer book.

I needed it for class... the book is like new and in Perfect condition. It was cheaper than buying new from the bookstores.

The price was average but worth every penny. One of my class mates ordered her book through another vendor and ended up not receiving it...had all kinds of problems. So all in all...you get what you pay for!

This seller wasn't completely honest. Book was in very used condition and didn't include the CD's, which come with the book. I wanted to return it, but since I'm new at this ebay shopping, I didn't know how. So now I'm stuck with it. I won't purchase from this seller again!

Fast Delivery, book in excellent condition, cds had a few scratches, but other than that, GREAT SERVICE!
