I love the Maximum Ride series. This latest offering didn't live up to the first three. The author seemed more interested in the topic of global warming than he did in producing an interesting FICTIONAL story-line.

The first three books in this series were amazing, this one...was not. It's 256 pages of Patterson (in the guise of his much beloved characters) preaching about the dangers of global warming. Is global warming a danger...yes. Does global warming cause giant super hurricanes to spontaneously appear out of no where...no. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. Save your money and spend on something that isn't some authors political ideology thinly disguised as a childrens novel.
