A Great FF Game

Now Final Fantasy VII is a unique game in many ways. First of all it is the first RPG alot of people from the Playstation era played so it hold a sacred place for many. The second reason is the memorable moments that this game produces. People are still talking about some of the events that have occured in this game and for good reason. But the main reason I like this game is because of the battle system. Now it isnt very unique but it is simple enough where you dont have to be on your toes for the next 40 hours and at the same time you dont feel like you are just fighting to get to the next part of the story. The story itself starts off with a boy named Cloud and you find him working with a group of Mercanaries. The Mercanaries are on a misson to destroy some reactors and Cloud is the ex-member of Soldier that has agreed to help. Now the story takes off and from there you meet characters that you find yourself growing attached to. Now to be honest this isnt a perfect game. My problems with the game generate in two areas: the camera and Sephiroth. Now some people say that Sephiroth is the best villian ever and I disagree. He is not very well devolped and he changes so dramatically very quickly that it feels odd at times. My other problem with this game is the camera. There are parts of the game that the camera is WAY to dark. I understand the dark points of the story but I want to see what is going on as well. Fortunatly that problem is aleviated by just turning the brightness on your TV up. All in all this game is definatly a classic, the great story, deep characters, and a good fighting system make this a game that needs to be played if you are a RPG fan.
